- They will charge courier charges on actual basis.

In short, Online Portal may earn 50% margin as per Online Price List. Courier charges (they have to pay extra to the Logistic Partner, but they will collect from customer).  In some cases, they will give free delivery, but in that case the volume will be big. Ultimately they may earn Margin between 45% to 50%.

4.Online Portal will send the Invoice to the Customer.
5.Herbal Hills Logistic Partner will arrange despatch to the customer as per their Order.
6.Herbal Hills Logistic Partner will give despatch information & A/c statement to Online Portal.
7.Herbal Hills Logistic partner will debit goods charges as per the Price list + courier charges on actual basis and will provide revised A/c. statement to Online Portal.
